From 2020 to 2022, during the cruel lockdowns and curfews, the aggressive repression of protesters, and under the influence of forced medical executions, the artist managed to experience firsthand the fact that his body was treated like an animal on a closed farm. Biles was so strong that he couldn't use any democratic tools to resist the unceremonious arbitrariness of the power structures. That's why the painting "NEVER AGAIN" was poignantly created from a personal experience. The painting is probably not meant for the bedroom. But for visiting museums, like Munch's The Scream.
